What Size Unit Do I Need?

To establish the best unit size for your needs, please check out our space calculator feature. This feature will help you in determining the right size unit for your specific need.

What Is The Cost?

Our rates vary depending on the several following factors: Location of the facility, size of the unit, location of the unit within the facility.

What Are Your Hours Of Operation? And When Can I Visit My Possessions?

We are open 6 days a week excluding public holidays. Mon – Fri: 08:00 – 17:00, Sat : 08:30 – 14:00

How Much Notice Is Required To Vacate A Unit?

We require a one months written notification to move out. Full details on the vacating policy will be provided for you at the time of your move-in.

What Type Of Pickup Service Do You Provide?

We can arrange a reliable pick-up service with truck and a driver. Please call the facility you are interested in for more details.

Do You Sell Boxes And Packing Supplies?

We sell all various size boxes and packing supplies such as bubble wraps and packing tapes. We also sell locks, markers and all other storage and moving essentials and products for your convenience.

Do I Need Insurance?

It is always a smart and prudent idea to have some form of insurance as there is always the risk of unforeseen possibilities. We would advise you to notify your insurer of the location of your contents.

Can You Accept Deliveries On My Behalf?

We will accept deliveries such as packages and mail items for you and will hold them for you.

How Do I Lock Up My Unit

You lock up your unit using your own lock, we do not keep your keys. You can also purchase locks at our facility.

What Documentation Will I Need?

You simply need to bring in your ID book or drivers license.

What Items Are Not Allowed To Be Stored At Your Facility?

  • Industrial or camping GAS BOTTLES (empty or full).
  • Stolen goods, drugs, explosives, aerosols and petroleum based paints.
  • Goods which require special license or government permission.
  • Illegal goods for import or export.
  • Plants or biodegradable organic matter likely to encourage vermin and other pests.
  • Jewellery, watches, trinkets, precious stones and metals, money, deeds, securities, stamps, coins or any goods of a collectable kind.
  • Perishable items that require a controlled environment IE: FOOD.
  • No animals or animal by-products of any kind.
  • Flammable goods such as petrol, oils or any such substance with a low flash point.

Our Privacy Policy And Required Details

What Information Do You Gather About Me?

We collect from you only the personal information you voluntarily provide in order to deliver the best possible service. If you choose to process an online payment or reservation we ask you to provide us with information necessary to process your order which may include, but not be limited to, name, physical address, telephone number, facsimile number, email address, company name, title, credit card number, expiration date, and storage unit number.

We require your email address so that we can send you information about your transaction and its status. We may use your email address to inform you about current offers or events. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. The credit card information that is collected is used strictly for billing purposes.

Sharing Your Personal Information

Prestige Storage does not sell information to unrelated third parties. Prestige Storage does send your contact and order information to the facility that you selected for purposes of satisfying your payment or reservation.

Changes To The Online Privacy Policy

Prestige Storage reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Online Privacy Policy at any time. Accordingly, Prestige Storage recommends that you revisit this Online Privacy Policy from time to time to ensure that you are aware of the current privacy practices. Your continued use of the web site following any changes signifies your acceptance of these changes.

Prestige Storage And Session Cookies

The Prestige Storage website uses session cookies to enable making transactions on our site. A session cookie is a small file placed on your computer which acts as a unique identifier to keep track of the information you have entered. Without the session cookie, our site cannot track the information you are entering, and you will be unable to complete your transaction.

A session cookie does not remain on your machine after you close your web browser window. Our session cookies contain none of your personal information, and cannot be used to track you around the web. It can only be used by our web site to identify the information you have entered during the transaction process which is required to complete the transaction.

How To Enable Cookies On Your Browser
