What Size Unit Do I Need?
To establish the best unit size for your needs, please check out our space calculator feature. This feature will help you in determining the right size unit for your specific need.
What Is The Cost?
Our rates vary depending on the following factors: Size of the unit and location of the unit within the facility.
What Are Your Hours Of Operation? And When Can I Visit My Possessions?
We are open 6 days a week excluding public holidays. Mon – Fri: 08:00 – 17:00, Sat : 08:30 – 14:00
How Much Notice Is Required To Vacate A Unit?
We require a one months written notification to move out. Full details on the vacating policy will be provided for you at the time of your move-in.
What Documentation Will I Need?
You simply need to bring in your ID book or drivers license.
What Type Of Transport Service Do You Provide?
Presently we do not provide contacts for transporters. Please arrange directly with a transporter of your choice.
Do You Sell Boxes And Packing Supplies?
We sell various size boxes and packing supplies such as bubble wrap, packing tape, and padlocks for your convenience.
Do I Need Insurance?
It is always a smart and prudent idea to have some form of insurance as there is always the risk of unforeseen possibilities. We would advise you to notify your insurer of the location of your contents.
How Do I Lock Up My Unit?
You lock up your unit using your own lock, we do not keep your keys. You can also purchase locks at our facility.
Can Someone Else Bring My Goods And Pack My Unit?
Yes, you may nominate an authourised person to access your unit on a permanent basis, or notify us if someone will be doing so as a once-off.
What Items Are Not Allowed To Be Stored At Your Facility?
We do prohibit storage of certain goods for the sake of health and safety. Please see the comprehensive list here
